Es Cruce den Juanito Marge
A menu design worthy of a story rooted in Ibiza
Some places go beyond gastronomy and become part of the collective memory of an island. Es Cruce is one of them. Its story began in 1966, when Juan Marí Prats, known as “Juanito Marge”, opened a small family restaurant near the church of Sant Rafel.
Over the decades, Es Cruce became a reference point for traditional Ibizan cuisine and a place linked to weddings, baptisms, communions and celebrations for generations of local families.
From YATÚ STUDIO, we designed a menu that would not only work as an informative support, but as an extension of the restaurant identity. The project was built around a handcrafted natural wood cover, designed and produced in our studio.
Each piece was laser cut and engraved with high precision, creating a clean, elegant and timeless finish that enhances the material and gives the Es Cruce logo a leading role. The result is a tangible brand piece that combines tradition, craft and graphic production in Ibiza.
